Just Dance!!

I have recently rediscovered dance on a consistent basis to help me with stamina while performing. I don’t always feel like running a full pole combo to build up my endurance, so it is nice to be able to move about on the ground and really tap into expression.

Sometimes, all you need to do is just let your inner bad b*tch come out!

Flash Back Friday - Dirty Disney Performance

This flashback Friday we breakdown my Dirty Disney performance to see what went into the making of one of my favorite routines. 

Performing, Part 2.

Getting ready for my second live performance and this time around has been much calmer. I'm still nervous, but I have a confidence from knowing what to expect. 

For this routine, I am taking it easy on my body and focusing more on "performing" rather than tricks because that's the area I want to improve upon this go around. I want to be able to serve FACE and energy. I have one tough floor pass and a scary AF trick that I have never done in a routine, so I pray I make it through.
