I have recently rediscovered dance on a consistent basis to help me with stamina while performing. I don’t always feel like running a full pole combo to build up my endurance, so it is nice to be able to move about on the ground and really tap into expression.

Sometimes, all you need to do is just let your inner bad b*tch come out!
