Bottoms Up!
This week we are laying the foundation for inversions.
We will be working on different conditioning techniques to help you build the strength to go upside down, as well as looking at different progressions to get you started on inverts.
Some of the things we will work on are(skills will be modified based on level & comfort):

Pencil Spin (Lv 1)
Forearm stand (Lv 1/2)
Climbs (Lv 1)
Crucifix (Lv 1/2)
Laybacks (Lv 2)
